The Role: Football Administrator

As our Football Administrator, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our football teams and projects. You’ll be responsible for a range of exciting tasks, including:

  • Managing player registrations, pitch management, match officials and fixtures with precision.
  • Communicating with players, coaches, and parents to keep everyone in the loop.
  • Handling administrative tasks, from Club Affiliation to FA Accreditation, as well as liaison with local football leagues.
  • The first point of contact for club enquiries relating to the football programmes.
  • Supporting the planning of Induction Events and Presentation Days.

Academy Coaches required!

Boston United Football Academy have opportunities for Coaches to join our Academy Coaching Team.

This is a great opportunity for coaches who are looking for further experience, want to take that next step in their coaching career, or looking for a new challenge with a forward thinking club. 

Coaches must hold their UEFA B Licence – or be working towards it. This role will be part time (two evening coaching sessions a week and matchday at the weekend – with a competitive hourly rate.

As a Boston United coach you will receive expert coach education, age specific team training, access to a web-based skill learning platform and much more within our programme. We also have an excellent CPD programme delivered by our UEFA Qualified coaching team.

Boston United are a Coerver Partner Club which is a total club development programme powered by the world’s number one soccer skills teaching method. It is a globally respected, locally exclusive, mark of quality. Coerver work with some of the worlds biggest clubs such as Real Madrid, Benfica and Juventus.
