Football Coach – Foundation or Youth Development Phase

Boston United Community Football Club are inviting expressions of interest from local coaches who would like to coach within our Community Football Club from the summer of 2023.

These are volunteer positions, and involve one 1-hour evening session and one weekend game for the duration of the 2023-24 season, along with an in-house CPD programme.

Boston United Community Football Club is an FA 3-star club and currently partnered with adidas and Coerver Coaching – the world’s most well known technical development programme.

Every team across the club works with a coaching curriculum to improve the game-knowledge and technical ability of its young players, and trains on the 3G pitch at our brand new facility at the Jakemans Community Stadium.

If you are 18+ and would like to express an interest in coaching at our club, please complete the online application form at the link below. A minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction of Football Coaching qualification is required for any role, however unqualified / inexperienced coaches are also encouraged to apply.

Please use ‘Foundation Phase Coach’ as the role title if you are interested in coaching players aged 7-11 or ‘Youth Development Phase Coach’ should you wish you coach ages 12-18. All coaches will need a valid FA DBS and two satisfactory references before starting.
