United in the Community easter holiday club football cheerleading multisports

Keep the children entertained over the Easter holidays with United in the Community’s multi sports, football and cheerleading Holiday Club fun days in Boston, Skegness, Sleaford and Horncastle.

Children will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of sports, from 10am to 3pm for just £12 per day. Led by qualified coaches, these fun days will enable children to meet new friends, learn a new sport as well as improving their skills and above all, have some fun in a safe environment. Children also have the opportunity to win a signed Boston United football shirt, other prizes, certificates, medals and trophies. Every child will also receive a free Boston United game ticket.

United in the Community’s Easter Holiday Club follows their very successful February Holiday Clubs, which saw over 200 local children take part in their multi sports and football fun days. Two local children also won a Mascot Experience worth £99 each, where they received a variety of goodies including a free football kit. They also got to play on the pitch with the first team!

“Finlay had an amazing day as the mascot – he wants to do a “show and tell” about it at school! Finlay was very excited all day and was really pleased to see some of his schoolmates at the match who all wanted to ask him about being the mascot. He really enjoyed meeting Dayle Southwell and playing with the other mascots out on the pitch, showing off their silky skills. The experience was a really special one for both Finlay and the rest of us and we are very grateful for it,” parent, Calvin Andrew.

Johnno’s father Jerry Hinds said, “Johnno had great day. He hasn’t stopped talking about it since! Getting to have a kick about and meet all the first team players made him feel really special. Again many thanks to all the people involved in making it such a special day for Johnno.”

Matt Hocking, Football Development Officer, who helped run the fun days said, “It was fantastic to see so many children having so much fun during February half term, and we hope that Easter will be just as successful. We have a great team of experienced coaches who tailor sessions for different age groups and abilities of the children, which enables them to get the most out of the day with us.”
