Are you a female elite footballer looking to take the next step in your football development pathway? We are holding an extended trial for Boston United Football Club’s Girls Regional Talent Club on Tuesday 5th July.
BOSTON UNITED GIRLS RTC – OPEN TRIALS 2016
TRIAL DATE ONE: SATURDAY 11TH JUNE 2016 – CLOSED
TRIAL DATE TWO: SATURDAY 25th JUNE 2016
EXTENDED TRIALS – TUESDAY 5TH JULY
Both trials will take place on grass at:
Kirton Middlecott Sports & Fitness Centre
Please ensure your online application form is received by the closing dates outlined below, and make a note of the trial details. Once the online application has been received by us, please regard this as full acceptance. All places will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please let us know at email@example.com. The trials will run as advertised unless we contact you. Following the open trial dates, all girls that have attended will receive an email indicating if they have/have not been selected for the Regional Talent Club.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
– Football Kit / Football Boots / P.E. Kit and Trainers / Shinguards
– Appropriate clothing for the weather and facility
– Please ensure each participant brings a non-fizzy drink

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and accept that Boston United Football Club/Football in the Community, or the organisation providing facilities and their respective agents, servants or employees, are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, loss or damage however caused whilst in attendance on the trial.
By submitting this application form, you are committed to and agree that all details provided on this form are, to the best of your knowledge, true and accurate. You also agree that you are the consenting parent/guardian for the child applying for the trials.
You also agree to give permission for a representative from Boston United Football Club/Football in the Community to take and use photographs and video of your child for future publications (including printed publications, website, social media platforms and videos). Images may also be used by carefully selected partners and sponsors. If you DO NOT wish your child to be photographed/videoed, please email email@example.com.
You also give permission for first aid to be administered where appropriate and for your child to be transferred to hospital should an emergency arise. Email address’s given will be saved and used to send details of future events. These will not be disclosed to any third parties.
