Pilgrims Appoint New Girls RTC Technical Director

Lee Mitchell - Boston United Girls RTC Technical Director

Boston United Community Foundation are delighted to confirm the appointment of Lee Mitchell as the new Girls Regional Talent Club Technical Director.

Lee brings a wealth of experience to the club, having worked in developing the women’s and girls game both at home and abroad. An UEFA ‘A’ licence coach, Lee has a track record for developing female players who have gone on to achieve international honours. In previous roles, Lee has developed working relationships with Real Madrid and has also acted as a senior advisor to FIFA whilst working out in the UAE.

Club Manager Nick Reeson said: “We’re delighted to appoint Lee as our new Technical Director. His experience and knowledge speak for itself and he has a tremendous track record of developing women’s and girls programmes all over the world. We’re excited by this appointment, and by what Lee can bring to developing the women’s and girls programme here at Boston United.”
