Overview
It is important to stay fit, active and healthy whatever your age. As you get older, regular exercise and playing a physical game such as walking football can help you build and improve your strength, increase your core stability, help you to lose or maintain your weight and improve your muscles. It can sometimes be hard to keep steady on your feet, but this sport can also help to improve your balance.
This session is available for males and females who are aged 45 and over. We also have Walking Football Sessions on a Thursday 5.30pm to 6.30pm and Tuesday lunch time 11.30am to 12.30pm. For more information please call (01205) 364406 or email lewis.wright@bufc.co.uk.
