Volunteer Assistant Team Manager – Under 12 girls (Youth Development Phase)
- Location – Boston
- Volunteer role
- Under 12s Girls Academy team
Our Girls Academy Under 12s team are on the look out for a volunteer assistant team manager! The players are waiting and ready to go for the season ahead.
This is a great time to join your local football club and sports charity Boston United Community Foundation as we progressively move forward and get ready to move to our new community stadium.
Grow the Game: Boston United Community Foundation have recently been awarded funding from the Grow the Game initiative, bringing our total number of female teams to eight. Securing the grant from The FA and the Football Foundation is an important step for us to continue to provide quality coaching and teams to support female participation, growth and development for the local and surrounding communities. It will ensure a clear developmental pathway for all our female players so that they can continue to play and develop under our programme, right from the foundation phase (younger ages) all the way to the ladies first team.
We are also now a Coerver© Partner Club – meaning as a coach you will reap the benefits of a full season technical programme, Coerver© Coach Education Courses and network events.
The club requires the minimum FA qualification of the Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football (including FA Emergency first aid and Safeguarding Children training) for all Team Managers. However, the club will assist you in obtaining this award during the season if you do not already have the qualification.
