Academy Coaches - Under 19s
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire, with travel to other locations
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 3 x 2-hour sessions per week plus matchdays
Contract Type: Zero Hours
Do you have a passion for football and the drive to help young players reach their full potential? We are looking for academy coaches who can inspire and develop talented young athletes at U19 age group (male and female teams) in line with our academy curriculum and the values of Boston United. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality training sessions and helping players progress both on and off the pitch.
To be considered, you’ll need at least a UEFA C coaching qualification (or equivalent), along with valid FA First Aid, Safeguarding, and Player Welfare certificates.

Women’s 1st Team Manager
Reports to: Head of Football Development
Direct reports: Women’s First Team staff and support staff
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire and other locations due to the nature of the role
Salary: £22.50 per training session / £50 per fixture
Contract Type: Zero Hours
Boston United are looking for a women’s 1st team manager to manage all on and off field football activities for the Women’s 1st team to ensure that all players and staff are provided with coaching and support to enable them to compete and perform at the highest level.

HAF Activities Worker - zero hours (school holidays)
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire, with some travel to other sites
Salary: National Minimum Wage plus holiday pay
Hours: Various – work available during school holidays
Contract Type: Zero Hours
We are looking to add to our fantastic HAF (Holiday Activities and Food Programme) delivery team for the upcoming school holidays.
Are you enthusiastic about working with children and making a positive difference during the school holidays? We are seeking friendly, reliable, and proactive Activities Workers to help deliver fun, safe, and engaging sessions for children and young people aged 5–16. Our HAF programme provides free activities and meals for families eligible for free school meals, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring these sessions run smoothly.
As part of our team, you’ll help with registration, supervise activities, assist with mealtimes, and support children with additional needs, all while following health, safety, and safeguarding procedures.

What we’re looking for:
A recognised qualification in sports coaching, sports leadership, childcare, or teaching/teaching assistant
Valid First Aid and Safeguarding certificates
Experience working with children or young people in any setting
Someone positive, approachable, and confident in engaging with children from all backgrounds
Be part of a supportive team that’s passionate about making a difference, gain valuable experience and develop your skills and help create fun, inclusive, and safe environments for local young people

Football Development Coach (Casual)
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire and other locations due to the nature of the role.
Salary: National Minimum Wage plus holiday pay
Hours: Flexible hours during term time (mainly 3pm to 9pm) and during school holidays
Contract Type: Zero Hours
We are looking for casual football development coaches to join our team to support the delivery of Boston United Community Foundation’s football programmes, including, After-School Clubs, Holiday Courses, Girls Football, Walking Football, Disability Football, Veterans and Development Centres.
