Tackle It

Tackle It is a great group for wellbeing as it allows men to come into a social environment and engage with others of similar age. Maybe someone has had a bad day at work and just needs to see a friendly face or let of some steam or chill out.

This group is also great for men who suffer with low level mental health to come along within a social setting and take part in low level physical activity.

This includes pool, table tennis, indoor archery, indoor bowls, basketball and much more. Teas and Coffees are provided.

  • Tackle It programme is good for wellbeing as it encourages positive mental health through exercise which is our indoor games or talking through your issues with others.

  • Improves confidence and self esteem through engagement and sporting activities and the willingness to try new things.

Sessions are free and take place on Tuesdays, 6pm to 8pm.
