Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome back to the Jakemans Community Stadium for the start of a brand-new Enterprise National League season!

 As another exciting campaign gets underway, we're delighted to bring you our first Academy Angle of the 2026/27 season. Throughout the year, this feature will keep you up to date with the latest news, achievements and progress from our academy, highlighting the talented young players who represent the future of the club. We are also proud to have the support of Duckworth Jaecoo for the upcoming 2026-27 season; we are honoured to wear your logo on our shirt each week!

Academy Training

We welcomed all of our academy teams back at the beginning of July, meaning the players have now enjoyed a month of pre-season training as they prepare for the upcoming 2026/27 campaign.

This summer, we have been delighted to welcome a new group of Under-13 players who have progressed from our Under-12 Pre-Academy programme. It is always exciting to see the next generation begin their academy journey, and we look forward to supporting their development throughout the season.

At the same time, we have said goodbye and good luck to last season's Under-16 squad, who have now moved on to the next stage of their footballing journeys, both within the Boston United pathway and beyond. We thank them for their hard work and commitment during their time in the academy and wish them every success for the future.

The enthusiasm and determination shown by all of our players since returning has been outstanding. The squads have embraced pre-season with a fantastic attitude, working hard every day to become the best versions of themselves. We are excited for the season ahead and can't wait to see what these talented players can achieve throughout the season.

Emerging Talent Pathway

At Boston United, we are passionate about helping young players develop the technical foundation, confidence, and game understanding needed to thrive in football. Following the recent launch of our Emerging Talent Pathway, we are excited to offer a fresh opportunity for ambitious young players to develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment.

Our Emerging Talent Pathway (ETP) is designed specifically for U8–U16 players, providing a professional and supportive environment where young players can maximise their potential in the Boston United environment.
