Boston United Community Foundation is looking for a Head of Football Development to lead our football pathway from grassroots to U19 level — shaping the next generation of players on and off the pitch.

This is a rare opportunity to take charge of an entire football development structure: the Academy, Elite teams, and participation programmes for both boys and girls, alongside leadership of our U19 squads as part of the Post-16 Education Programme. You'll set the playing philosophy, build the coaching syllabus, and work closely with our U23 Coach and First Team management to make sure talented players have a clear route through the club.

We have an exciting role for someone who wants to combine a love of community with a commitment to health and inclusion. As our Health, Wellbeing & Inclusion Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on designing and delivering programmes that reach the people who need us most — whether that’s people with disabilities, older adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those from ethnic minority backgrounds.
