(Volunteer) Academy Performance Analyst
Location: Off-Site (Primarily)
Salary: Volunteer role
Reports to: Head of Football Development, Deputy Head of Football Development, & Head of Academy Analysis
Role purpose: To be responsible for completing performance analysis at Boston United Football Club. Available roles range from the U13-U23 age groups and first team opportunities
To provide direct tailored performance analysis support for the academy age groups and staff at the football club
Use our Hudl cameras and software to record, observe, and report on matches played by the academy and first team
Analyse our own team’s performances using video clips, written reports, and data to enhance player development
Track performance data and match statistics as required by coaches
Mange and track data provided by our external data analysis provider
Create opposition analysis reports on Boston’s opponents
Support filming and coding of training
Any other duties as requested by the line manager, programme leads and senior leadership team.
