World Book Day Competition 2026

We are delighted to announce the Boston United Community Foundation Annual World Book Day Competition!

We are giving one lucky winner the opportunity to design the front cover of our award-winning matchday magazine, The Pilgrim.

Competition Details

Design a front cover for our matchday magazine for our Enterprise National League encounter vs Yeovil Town,  Including the following information:

• Title: The Pilgrim

• Fixture: Boston United vs Yeovil Town

• Date: Saturday 14th March 2026

• Venue: The Jakemans Community Stadium

• Kick-off: 3:00pm

• Price: £3.50

Entry Information

Each entry must include the following details on the back of the design:

• Child’s name

• Age

• School / football team

• Parent or guardian contact details

All designs must be scanned and emailed to lewis.cook@bufc.co.uk by 5:00pm on Friday 6th March 2026.
The winner will be announced shortly after the closing date.

1st Prize

• Your design featured on the front cover of The Pilgrim (vs Yeovil)

• 2 matchday tickets for the Yeovil fixture

• A first-team signed matchday magazine

• A selection of books

2nd & 3rd Prize

• Your design featured on the Community Foundation page of The Pilgrim

• A selection of books

• A copy of the matchday magazine

All three winners will also have a photo featured on Boston United’s social media pages.
